If anyone has any idea who the pilot is that is suing the IVW in Holland for refusing to issue his Level 6 LPE, I'd appreciate contact with him. It would seem that the IVW in Holland have decided not to accept ICAO LPEs issued outside of Area 1. This particular person apparently had his LPE done in Hong Kong and the Dutch Authority (in all of its wisdom) has decided that a Hong Kong LPE Level 6 is not good enough. I believe that the court-case is end of August.
