Anyone know of the best place to self-hire or fly with a FI in Berlin? I cant find any websites...

If these chaps are still flying, after the closure of Tempelhof, I'd thoroughly recommend them. English was widely spoken (except at minor airfields, of which there are plenty), if that is an issue.

There is a flight school where you may find help. I haven't been there by myself, but as you said you can't find any websites this is at least a beginning.
