Flight Information Handbook (DoD)

Hi, where can I get a hold or who has a copy of the DoD FLIP Flight Information Handbook (FIH) as published by the NGA? I am interested to read it.

I think they are not normally available to non-US Mil. NGA pubs are not on the internet. Just about everything in FLIP is available in other publications, like Jeppesen, just in a different format. US Mil information, however is not in Jepps.
