Hello Everyone,
don't remember whether the MAX speed is referred to the actual
speed we're gonna fly the base turn outbound or to the airplane's class.
eg. flying green dot throughout the outbound segment at say 210 kts, what radial applies here, 220° ?!

p.s. some plates specify a class to fly a radial instead of speed !

Thanks in advance,
fredgrav

If you are going to fly the outbound leg at 210 knots, you choose the outbound radial based on that speed.

It is only the UK AIP which has a blanket 180 knot limitation on the initial leg of an instrument approach.
