Converting a canadian CPL

I am just currently finishing up my canadian CPL and am thinking about the possibility of working in another country. Anyone know which are the easiest countries to convert to, or have a link to a website that goes over the conversions??

You will find a New Zealand conversion straight forward enough, but don't count on a job. I converted a Canadian ATPL to a NZ ATPL some years back, only required Air Law & ATC Procedures exam, however check the NZ CAA website for latest details. Hey what about the other way, I have a kiwi CPL and MEIR and was wondering what it would take to convert to a Canadian one.
