Hello,
I`ve heard about incredible performance of this conversion , like beating bizjets in climb, SE safety margin, etc. What is true?

No.
It adds reliability and extended hot section/overhaul service intervals, and in some cases, additional shaft HP.
However, a bizjet it ain't...just a good turbopropellor design.
