is it possible for an airline pilot to be holder of A 320 license and airbus A300-600 in the same time?

Yup, and I personally know a couple.
Now, if you refer to being current line qualified on both types, some regulatory authorities (FAA, for example) allow same, some don't.
In addition, some companies have restrictions about flying on different types, concurrently.

The most types being current line qualified on, that I personally know about, were two very senior Captains at TWA, where they were line qualified on three types, L1011, B747, B767....concurrently.

JAR-FCL has no limits on the amounts of typeratings you may hold. JAR-OPS did say max 3 typeratings at one time, i suppose it's the same in EU-OPS without having checked it.

Of course some operators may impose stricter rules. Where I work it's max two, and pretty much all of us only have one.
