Hi, I wonder if someone know the meaning of "CONDITINAL"in the minima for some ILS approach charts of jeppessen in the bottom of the chart the minima change but it is for a localizer fail so that reverts the approach on non precision and in consecuence the minima so I woul like to know if there are some specific meaning of this "CONDITIONAL" minima.
