Hi everyone,
I'm italian and i just got my ATPL frozen. I was thinking about the possibility to come to Canada and look for a job as "bush pilot".
I'm getting my Canadian Passport cause my dad was born in Hamilton.
Would you please give me any advice or just tell me if it s a good idea or not, and if i have any possibility.
Thank you very much

JD

If you can take the cold, if you can take the long days, if you can take the bugs (as mentioned above), it will be the best flying you have ever done. I would recomend getting a float rating though and if able build up some float time.

Hey JD,

If you're looking to build float time and bush experience in Canada Seaplane Adventures, in Kelowna BC can help you out and the rate of $175/hr for an amphib is hard to beat.

Try giving this a read, if you can see through all the red tape that is.
