New to the forum and hope somebody out there can provide some light. I am a 737ng captain flying for a foreign carrier. I have a (US) FAA ATP. The carrier sent me to the EU for my 6 month recurrent and I was given an OPC checkride. I am due for my annual FAA PC and the carrier wants me to do that in the EU in a non FAA approved sim with a non FAA examiner.
Will I be legal? I think not. Anybody know for sure?
