Velvet Air?

I was browsing through the December Airnews and noticed a mention of a new start up in Durban called Velvet Air. Anyone heard of them? Is it maybe Airtime trying again?:confused:

I have been fishing around since last year still nothing on them, maybe a rumour

Apparently they have been trying to get off the ground for a while...one of my colleagues was employed by them for a while to draft their airport operations manuals and policies but she left when nothing seemed to be moving forward.
