Velvet Air?
I was browsing through the December Airnews and noticed a mention of a new start up in Durban called Velvet Air. Anyone heard of them? Is it maybe Airtime trying again?

Apparently they have been trying to get off the ground for a while...one of my colleagues was employed by them for a while to draft their airport operations manuals and policies but she left when nothing seemed to be moving forward.
