Did anyone over South-Central Europe last night / this morning (Sept 03-04) figure out what wing-nut was aloft amongst us in the flight-levels IN A BALLOON at O-Dark-Thirty? 121.5 was peppered with flights trying to locate our lofty drifter for various centers. Who was it? Inquiring minds wanna know!
