Yep, Traumahawk G-BMML written off in 2006, following a stall and crash after take-off (no casualties, luckily). See the AAIB report (http://www.aaib.gov.uk/publications/bulletins/february_2007/piper_pa_38_112_tomahawk__g_bmml.cfm).

G-BGSI and G-BGWU were my first Tomahawks, with Abbotsinch FC, across the road. My logic for picking that club was they had better parking!! They did turn up out to be a good, if short lived club.
I did get a free flight to Islay and back in a 172 to deliver an exhaust and an engineer.
