I just got an email from the CAA as part of their subscription process it refers to an emergenecy AD for A109 A, Aii, C and K2.
The link in the email didn't work, on looking it up the AD it refers to can be found at EASA Airworthiness Directives Publishing Tool (http://ad.easa.europa.eu/ad/2009-0274-E)
It was published yesterday but is effective on Monday and requires compliance within 5 flight hours.
It an inspection of the bolts that retain the the rotating scissor installation due to poor information in the manual, its in the same place as the problem experienced years ago on the powers but for a different reason.
