Last I heard the FAA revoked his license. For how long I don't know.

The revocation was upheld and he will have to wait one year, I believe, to reapply for a FAA certificate...AND....take all the written and practical tests again. I am not sure if the FAA can deny his application based on past revocations.

I would have thought that there were "weight and balance" issues with a pax like her or perhaps she just interfered with the "controls".:}
