A major contributing factor in the Titanic accident was the commercial pressure to go make it to NYC on time, so maybe no need to turn it around just slowing it down a lil'l bit might do the trick.

China has committed to reduce its projected increase in pollution emission by 40-45% over the next 10 years....think about that. :yuk:
