I was listening to a NATCA tape of Kalitta 66 that was apparently having hypoxia problems. Does anyone have any information or background on this?

This occured in 1994 wherein a DC-8 on a cargo flight flew an unpressurised aircraft at high altitude and thew pilot suffered from hypoxia and decompression sickness. Visit the link below for details of the incident.

Naw... Kalitta 66 occurred in July 2008. A Learjet.
