Can anyone help me with the opening times of CUZCO Airport Peru - I am getting conflicting information some from the airport.

I have been told its a 24 hour operation, that it closes at dusk, and that it closes after the last flight.

We have been given a tentative eta of 0100 local by a company that is providing us the aircraft.

Cuzco, until recently was a HJ airport. It's hours of operations have increased a tad from 0500 local to 1900 local through DGAC NOTAM. The CORPAC website (see link below) still lists the old hours of operation.

I wouldn't plan on a 0100 local ETA if I were you:=
