Does anyone know where there is a full transcript or audio file available of the speech that General Stanley McChrystal gave to the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London last Thusday 1st October 2009? This concerned his assessment of the situation in Afghanistan, and it seems to have attracted a 'negative' reaction (bollocking) from his Commander-In-Chump, Barack Obama:

I listened to the opening couple of minutes of the presentation, live, on BBC Radio 5 but the BBC managed to lose the transmission and only returned to it many minutes later, just as the General finished. The BBC Radio 5 on-line archive of the event is, unfortunately, the truncated event that was going out on the Victoria Derbyshire show on Thursday. I was impressed with General McChrystal's opening remarks and would really like to find a complete audio or transcript (preferably the former) file. Can anyone help? Please?
