I heard that they're going to start a Latin American operation, probably based in Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic.

The reason being, of course, that these 72's can't be used in the states past 2004(?) I believe.

They're still going to keep their Portsmouth, NH US operations.

An outfit called Lineas Aereos Puertoriccenses (there's no way I got that right !) recently filed with DoT for a SJU-MIA license. Could they be one and the same ?

737type-They all can be operated forever in the United States thanks to their Raisbeck and FedEx hushkits. It's the EU that would be hard top operate in after April 1st this year.
