Hiya Ppruners,

I know the English level proficiency has been talked about almost to death, but I have got a question regarding the entry on my CAA license. It simply states "English proficient". What level does that correspond to? 4?

I know that Brazilian airlines want ICAO level 4. Must be the standard.
