To put it short, yes pilot's training should be reviewed, ... manager's training and behaviour needs an urgent and total overhaul.
I hope he had a standing ovation, well deserved, mainly the end.

Very well put.
I recognise much of what he is talking about in my company. I just wish that his words could penetrate our management's hard shell...
