Is it a good company to work for?

Hi there!

I work for Pan Air and I never heard of receiving two more 146's. However if that was real the pilots needed would be taken from the hold pool.

I must say that Pan Air have been flying from 80's and nowdadays to be called for the selection process you must have flying experience and spanish is mandatory.

I think is a good company, serius and we are very friendly people, but we work hard and almost exclusively during night time.

You forgot to mention that to be called, your CV/application has to be delivered by a "friend" hand, regardless of your flying experience. Let's not give false hopes, ok?

I partially agree, to know someone helps but not everybody knew someone inside to get called. However, for sure if you had no experience you couldn't have been called. Even though no matter who you are, you must pass the exams.
