Brilliant reg on the Rotorway, I wonder if that was what the Pilot was keen on saying every time it got airborne! GESUS God Almighty!!!
What a shame the rotaway had one of the nicest paint jobs you could imagine. I used to have a photo a while back i think it was at Earls court on display .

The latest bulletin also has the Seething fatal.
This airfield has a jinx with two helicopter wrecks in the last year with the same instructor having a share in a helicopter with the P1 of this disaster.
The common thread is Pilot magazine which is based at Seething.

Hi GS,
It's quite extraodinary that there are no "mainstream" rotary accidents when there are 3 "enthusiast" accidents in one month.
Just goes to show how safe helicopters are, I suppose.
Still want a go in a Gyrocopter - other than space ships and airships, I've flown everything else that goes up, including a kite......

I knew it was time for me to retire posting these - look at how much excitement there's been since I handed it over to VeeAny. By the way Vee, did you say you'd be at Helitech? I should be there Tuesday.
