International Flight Plans - useful numbers

I thought it might be useful to start a thread detailling a single telephone number per country (or indeed also email/fax details, customs contacts etc.) where you can file and close flight plans.

Hopefully, we can 'fill in the gaps' and slowly have a very basic database for this.

I'll start with:

France: +33 81 0437837
Italy: +39 25 8579453

Just look in ENR 1.10, or ENR 1.11 of the countries AIP. It will save a lot of pointless posts:}
