Any decode/translation on the remarks when this station is in "AUTO" mode?

AB I believe refers to the NDB, CLD .. standing lenticular or rotor clouds.

FH I don't know.

In the above METAR there is no cloud group in the body of the METAR. In the remarks it appears to indicate there is a cloud bank at 800 ft over AB NDB, and another cloud bank at 600 ft over "FH" (wherever that is).

Seems like a strange setup, having non standard language in the remarks section of an AUTO report whilst having no cloud information in the body. However, these reports seem to be Austrian-specific. Perhaps Austria doesn't have ceilometers at the aerodrome but at selected locations around the aerodrome? For example:

FH means the ceilometer at the airport - in German "Flughafen"!
