Hi all,

I have roughly 2:50 left in my twin training and with my IR done, I would like to visit one of the main airports in the NW e.g. Blackpool, Liverpool etc.

Anyway, has anyone flown into these airports with a twin and I would like to know how much the landing fees are?

Who should I ring at these airports for best information?

At Liverpool, Ravenair/Liverpool Aviation Services 0151 486 6161 they look after the handling for GA a/c

No handling as such at Blackpool, park up as directed by ATC, pay landng fees in the terminal. PPR though as per a Pooleys guide for both the above, not sure on how much you will be stung at either though only ever flown singles into both of them.

In Blackpool it depends what you fly, Im based there and currently its £20.80 for a DA42 and £23.90 for a PA23-250 so I'd say budget for around £25 for each landing/T&G and your there :ok:

You could also consider Hawarden EGNR in that neck of the woods? Just south of WAL and very close to Liverpool
