HELLO AGAIN , well i know about tiba procedure and when i should use it ... but what i don`t know exactly that from where i should get the frequency to use in tiba procedure in case of atc communication failure ?
my point exactly... Is that freq. written somewhere in any place either jepp. or over enroute maps that tiba freq. for this place is pla pla pla ? ..

I'll look it up but I would've thought you'd use the normal ATC frequency.

According to the TIBA NOTAM that's current in Australia, you use 128.95 above FL200 and 126.35 below FL200 unless it's class G outside of oceanic airspace in which case it is the published area frequency on the en-route chart.

Look at the Jeppesen ATC pages for Saudi Arabia-2. It gives the instructions for use of TIBA, you will find the TIBA freq published on the airport pages, its 122.8
