BRK Release fault on A320 family specially on A319 fleet

we are facing repeated BRK RELEASE FAULT on our a320 mainly on a319 ( brand new a/c ) , all the shop report for the BSCU and the tachometer show NFF, additionally line maintence ensured that they did the TS properly moreover maintenance practice from airbus,.. any one facing the same case, and your advice please
