Flight time limitations

Hi!

I am looking for a report on flight time limitations (and especially split duty) that has been produced by the French CAA - or more specificly DGAC. This french report was mentioned in connection with the recent Moebus report on FTL.

I tried to google it and also tried the French CAA's homepage - which of course was in french and french only..... When will they ever learn :ugh:
But no luck anywhere..

Anyone knows where to find it?

You can go to google translate and either copy/paste the french version or enter the URL. It will translate into English or possibly even Danish! It's remarkably good.
