Yesterday the court ruled a fine on Thomas COOK of 25 mio BEF a day if they don't participate in CTB. Friday a final court decision is expected. The CTB B-737 sector has been operating flawless (without strikes...) throughout the summer season with an on-time of 80 to 85%, carrying full loads nearly every flight.
