ATC projects

I need some advice on how many ATC projects have been only completed beyond their target date (I guess none have been on target date). Were there any risks involved, if so, what are those:confused:. I am currently working on a thesis and any help will be much appreciated.:ok:

Try contacting Eurocontrol, they should be able to give plenty of good examples (RVSM implementation is maybe a good case study):ok:.
