Hey guys,

Im a healthy guy (as far as i believes)
I have 6/6 vision
my heart and everything else are good
BUT my skin!!! i have acne scars (pimple scar) on my chest back and earms.. Just acne scars.. acne have healed completely.

will those be a trouble for me to get a 3rd class medical?

I'm not an expert on medical standards, especially in India, but the point of aviation medicals is to show that you are unlikely to drop dead within the period of validity of the medical certificate. Acne scars would have no possible bearing on your state of health, so they should have no effect on your eligibility for a medical certificate.
