Hi,

Can anyone recommend a shop (online ordering preferable) selling good quality pilot shirts? Oh and it must deliver to the UK...

Cheers

People seem to speak well of transair.

When I worked as a FI in the US I bought my shirts from Sportys. Anyway they are Van Heusen shirts and they worked a treat! Very durable and comfortable.

Can anyone point me towards pure cotton ones? Van Huesen, and all the others as far as I can see, are poly cotton.

Call/email these folks.

Tarpy Tailors (http://www.tarpytailors.com)

The best in the business.
And yes, I have personally been using these folks since 1968.

Hi there,

I just go to job togs and get security guard shirts, or to an army/navy store and get pilot shirts. They are much cheaper than buying from Transair or wherever, and the ones from job togs have lasted me years (much more than the various shirts supplied by the airlines I have worked for).

Cheers.

I agree with Tom, I did a ggogle search in security guard uniforms, and picked up some quality shirts for £7 each bargain!!
