Boeing just completed the first pair of wings for the future 747-8 yesterday.

Their printed edition had a picture of the first nose section assembly a little while ago too.
In the meantime Lufthansa has ordered their new 747-8I seats from some ANZ-company.

Oh yes, this is news. Happened yesterday.

Those wings are said to be structurally almost the same like the old ones just profiled differently. I wonder could you refit them to older 747-400 somehow?

Yahoooooo, I consider it news.....I thought that they would cancel the project.

Now i wonder what happened to our delivery slot :):)

Didn't Boeing claim the delay had been requested by the customer? (LH)
