I completed some PPL training with Carill Aviation until they ended operations at Lee-On-Solent airfield in 2006. Has the flying school continued operating at another airfield or ceased operations all together.

Any information would be gratefully received

Caroline Rabson closed the training school over a year ago now however she can still be contacted (if you want to speak with her directly) through Bournemouth Flying Club - 01202 578558

Steve Cockshott, who used to instruct for Carill, has an operation at Lee called Phoenix Aviation. If you want contact details PM me.

Caroline's business was unfortunately one of those brought down by the shenanigans at Lee. The good news is that a lot of the issues have been sorted out, there is now a new a/g requency and aerodrome manual, and based aircraft continue to fly from there.
