MD-83 flight training

Hey guys...I need some help.
With MD-83 aircraft.
Which countries can I get initial training?
I know there are some facilities in US but I have little time...because of TSA, it takes 2~3 weeks to start training.
So I'm looking for non-US countries which handles MD-83 flight training.

I need some website to look around...
Please help me!
