What is prior RTA?

Hi,

I'm currently studying the RTA Progress Page 3/3 of the 747-400.
The FCOM says that on LSK 6R 'PRIOR RTA' is displayed. However, I don't really seem to understand this function.
Could there be anyone so kind and explain the use of this button please?

Prior RTA is in the Boeing FCOM. It displays when there is a previously entered RTA. (Prior means previous). In other words, there is a fix and ETA already entered into the RTA page. If you push this button, the information for the previous fix and ETA will be displayed and may be cancelled if so wished.
If you use RTA, keep monitoring it, as in my experience it is not 100% accurate, and reference to the progress/legs pages is required.

Thank you very much for your answer. It seems that I can understand how you can have a previous RTA fix. When you open the RTA Progress Page, you can enter only one RTA fix, can't you?
