about anti-ice

hello guys, the A320 FCOM says that when you turn on anti-ice device on the Aircraft, the N1 at idle will increase to provide enough pressure which i can see why. But i dont understand why N1 limit will be reduced, can anyone help me ?:confused:

Anti-ice takes air from the compressor so the engine cannot produce as much power in the turbine to drive the fan. Therefore the N1 limit is lower.
