I have done some (not digging so deep though) search in the French AIP if you can operate as a commander flying in and out of France after the age of 60, and I didn't find any answer.

I do have a faint memory that you nowadays are allowed to fly in and out of France if you are 60 or older.

Is there anybody out there who can confirm this, and also be kind enough to add a link to where to find this info.

Thanks for your help

A State may wish to impose a lower maximum age limit than that specified by ICAO in 2.1.10.1. It may do this for the licenses it issues, but, as stated above, it cannot prevent an aircraft operated by a PIC holding a licence from another State, who is below the ICAO upper limit, from operating in its airspace.

I flew in the French airspace when they had their 60 limitation.
They never sent a few Mirages or Rafales to shoot me down...!
Merdouille alors, ces idiots...! Catch me, catch me...
They should instead offer senior discounts for navigation charges.
