Hi,
I have Googled until I am "blue in the face". I am attempting to discover the navigation accuracy standard that applies to flying in the non MNPS oceanic airspace. MNPS requires an equivalent RNP-12.6 capability. What is the standard above and below MNPS airspace? Is it RNP-25.2? Please cite the document that establishes the standard. I searched ICAO Document 7030 to no avail.
