I'm looking for a overview of requirements for HUET training for helicopter passengers on offshore flights around the world. There is standards such as NOGEPA, OPITO and OLF but I haven't been able to identify which countries/organizations/companies that recognizes the different standards of training.
One of our clients is working world-wide in the oil industry, thus flying out of New Orleans one week and out of Bagalore the next, and is dependent on having a valid training course for each location.
