Around 1991 a light twin ferrying the crew of a B757 (?) crashed at Aberdeen (?) after take off. Engine failure precipitated the crash which killed all the occupants of the light twin.

Can anyone please supply the date of the accident and details of the internet web-site where one can read the AAIB accident report

About eight years after your query, but nevertheless a nasty one indeed.
This brought home to a lot of operators of GTSIO powered airplanes the absolute necessity of maintaining the engine properly...especially the starter adapter/damper.

If this is not the one, do a search on the AAIB website... Air Accidents Investigation: Publications (http://www.aaib.gov.uk/publications/index.cfm)

No luckily some survived '5' I think?

A very sensitive incident.

So I wouldn't think anyone will want to talk about it?

White Knight is correct. A very sad incident. After this, the airline stopped crew positioning by light aircraft.
