To all B737-800 pilots.

I was trying to find performance corrections to MTOW's for the B737-800 with 24k engines.

This is with regard to prevailing QNH differences from standard ISA conditions.
i.e How much weight penalty in kg's for every Mb/in difference from 1013.

Would appreciate if anyone can point me in the correct direction.

my company takes 70 kilos off per 1 HPA

mine takes 80 kgs off per Hpa.

There are a lot of variables involved in calculating the correction factor, like rwy length, normal vs. improved climb, second/third segment obstacles, temperature, etc, etc, etc. If you need accurate figures your best bet is to look in the Rwy Performance Analysis for the particular runway. For a rough idea see the answers above.
