Do a web search for either AIS or DINS this will bring up a link to the UK NATS or US military service

Eurocontrol (http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/publicuser/public/pu/login.jsp), free but need registration.
US DoD (https://www.notams.jcs.mil/), free no registration.

Some of the NOTAMs on this site are 'DOD' which means they are specific to US military operations and not necessarily relevant to civil operators.
I find it fast and easy to use compared to the UK AIS site.
