EU-OPS Subscription

After spending too much time on the EU website trying to figure out which of the many documents since 1991 is the most current I thought I'd try a different approach.

Does anyone know where you can get a subscription service to the EU-OPS? I know quite a few offer it for the FAA, JAA but I haven't found anything yet for EU-OPS.

Also, Will the JARs stop being published or will they be amended to agree with EU-OPS?

EU-OPS can eventually be found and is available without subscription from the European Union Law website:

This is the latest version dated 20.9.2008.

I did eventually find it but in my opinion that website was designed by a government committee!

So, short of looking at the EU website daily, what is the best way to keep up on changes to the regulation?
