Monday a week ago oral arguments were heard to determine whether or not the Age 65 law was to be ruled unconstitutional. The members of the class were those who were sixty after the ICAO to 65 change but before the new law?

What will be the outcome if the law is struck down?

Will those pilots be able to reclaim their jobs?

Will damages be incurred to ALPA due to mis-representation?

Will the airlines be liable? or the FAA for not allowing waivers to US pilots while allowing foreign pilots to fly in US airspace?

Senior Pilots Coalition's website is silent as to the case?

Does anyone know?
