Landing lights come ON when cleared for takeoff and you start rolling.
It is the way to see airplanes are "waiting" or "rolling" when crossing an active runway.
Often, if your landing lights are ON, other planes will ask to confirm you are waiting.
Unfortunately, this procedure is not generalized.

FR at any rate is landing lights on with line up clearance and off at FL100. Then back on again descending through FL100. Retracts are on with take-off clearance and landing clearance, and off with the after take-off checks.

Our company procedure is landing lights OFF when climbing through 10,000 ft.
They come back ON when descending through 10,000 ft, or 30 NM from airport.
If I recall well, it is an ICAO recommendation.

None of the above, although of interest, are relevant to you. Your company procedures are. Look in the book? If there is nothing defined, as is often the case with 'clear take-off' or 'clear land', it is up to you/your Captain.

TAXI-OUT (Moving on own power) ( Note 1)
Taxi light ON (Note 2)
Navigation / Position lights ON (night);
Operators Policy (day)

CROSSING ANY RUNWAY (Note 3)
Strobe lights ON
Turnoff lights ON
Landing lights ON

ENTERING RUNWAY FOR TAKE OFF
Strobe lights ON
Take off clearance received:
Landing lights ON

TAXI-IN (runway vacated) (Note 1)
Landing lights OFF
Strobe lights OFF
Runway Turn off lights ON (note 2)

Note 1: To signal intent to other pilots, consider turning taxi and runway turn off lights off when stopped, yielding, or as a consideration to other pilots or ground personnel.

Note 2: Runway turn-off and taxi lights should always be ON during taxi. Outside the runway they may be temporarily switched off to avoid the blinding or dazzling effect, they should always be used when crossing a runway.

Note 3: When crossing a runway, the factual status of the runway, active or not, does not have any affect on the use of lights. Operators or Captains should consider turning ALL exterior lights on when crossing any runway
