Try 134.450 or alternatively 134.9 / 128.425. Generally Dover deps from London are capped at FL290 until they are talking to Maastricht.

If you go to liveatc.net you can listen live to the Atlantic Oceanic (HF) - U.K. Receiver and Atlantic Oceanic (HF) - EU Receiver (Gandar). They are very interesting to listen to but you have put up with alot of interference in the background and sometimes their receivers are down.:*

S12 is Eastbound traffic towards Holland, north of the Thames. I assumed the original request was for Dover departures which route through S15/16.

The FL290 limitation is to keep departures from penetrating London upper airspace, starting at FL305.

I read it as depratures out via clacton going to russia/asia etc. over the southern north sea. if you go out via dover, you hardly touch the north sea at all before hitting continental europe.
133.455
